Please let me know which of Artemis's powers you're willing to let her use on your character! "We would need to talk first" is also an acceptable answer, since Artemis's use of her abilities would be largely plot related. Please also note that it is established in the World of Darkness canon that her abilities can work on both humans and supernaturals alike.
Auspex
Heightened Senses: She can voluntarily heighten all five senses, or any one at a time. She'll often use this for eavesdropping or tracking someone down.
Aura Perception: Her eyes can allow her to look at a person's aura and learn the following bits of information:
-Creature type (human, vampire, werewolf, fae, etc.)
-Emotional state (happy, sad, uncomfortable, etc.)
-Diablerie (has your character destroyed another person's soul?)
-Influence (is there a supernatural influence on your character?)
Spirit's Touch: Artemis can touch an object to learn any of the following information about it: Who was the last person who touched it? Was it used in an emotionally stressful event? What were the emotions of the person using the object?
Telepathy: Artemis can communicate mentally with another person. It's only a one-way street, however. They cannot reply to her unless they too have telepathy.
Dementation
Passion: Artemis can make another person submissive or impatient for about ten minutes.
Eyes of Chaos: She can look at another person and learn what their intrinsic nature is (ie., Architect, Autocrat, Bon Vivant, Bravo, Caregiver, Celebrant, Child, Competitor, Conformist, Conniver, Curmudgeon, Deviant, Director, Fanatic, Gallant, Judge, Loner, Martyr, Masochist, Monster, Pedagogue, Penitent, Perfectionist, Rebel, Rogue, Survivor, Thrill-Seeker, Traditionalist, Trickster, Visionary).
Dominate
Command: She can issue a one-word command with a duration of less than 10 minutes. This command cannot be suicidal.
Obfuscate
Cloak of Shadows and Unseen Presence: She can become invisible if no one can see her and she doesn't interact with her environment.
True Faith
Artemis can weaponize her faith to drive away (at least 10 feet) any supernatural creatures that don't also have her faith.
Prophecy
Not entirely a vampiric ability, Artemis often receives prophetic flashes about other people. In game, she will use this to discuss another character's canon (both lived and upcoming). Since I don't want to use this to fourth-wall, I'm happy to take it on a case-by-case basis.
Feeding
Artemis requires blood every few nights. Here are the fun facts about Cainite feeding. Can I bite you?
-It feels reeeeeeeally good to the victim. Orgasmic good.
-Artemis will only take three pints, leaving the victim dizzy, but fine.
-Cainites can close the wounds caused by their teeth, simply by licking them. They leave no trace of the feeding.

Passion and Dominate, I'd be cool with those happening if they arise in heightened situations. Otherwise... I mean, I trust you as a player not to just drop those on him for no reason, so even if Arty is feeling particularly capricious that day, I'll probably be fine with it.
Feeding is fine if it comes up for plot purposes.

- Feeding: tba, but I feel generally positive about it >)
- Obfuscate: yep
- Dominate: plot related y
- Dementation: oh god. plot related y for Passion. Eyes of Chaos is easy: Trickster.
- Auspex: Telephathy and Heightened Senses = plot related y. Spirit's Touch is just Psychometry to him, so go for it. Aura Perception = hell yes

If feeding comes up, go for it.

Basically he returns to his canonpoint in a Very Bad Place, thinks all his friends are dead, and takes up back-alley brawling to make money throwing fights and letting himself get beat up. He's rescued from this life by one of the friends he thought dead, and lives with him for a while, rather peacefully. But then the guy who tore the gang apart resurfaces. Rather than let things go and move on, they decide to arm up and head into the mountains after him to take him out for good. As a result, Charles is shot and wounded grievously and is unable to continue the journey to avenge his fallen friends, and pretty much just lies there bleeding into the snow until everything's said and done.
Which I feel makes for very dramatic soothsaying, if she feels like saying some sooths.
