Jaina doesn't care much about telepathy or aura - she's a mage and it's fairly obvious as she doesn't try to hide it. Finding her intrinsic nature isn't hard either - she's very much a Survivor with hints of Martyr. Mages in Azeroth have an ability similar to Obfuscate, so it's likely Jaina would detect her as she's a very strong mage.
